Can we fly kites today?

We've had some pretty amazing weather already in January. Every day that there is a slight bit of wind the girls ask if they can fly kites. Most of the time, I say "no" or "wait until Papa gets home and you can ask him" or "Ummm...I don't think it is really windy enough". But a week or so ago we got out the kites and tried to get them to fly. The girls had a blast and it was pretty cute seeing Leyna running up and down the street dragging her kite.
