Achilles Man

My poor brother tore/ruptured his Achilles tendon in a basketball game a few weeks ago. He shot (and made a 3) and then turned to run down court and felt/heard a pop. Leo said that Brett looked like he was in A LOT of pain. Brett ended up having surgery and will have a cast for 8 weeks and then a boot for 8 weeks. Not fun! Needless to say, it will be awhile before he can do anything athletic. I got to hang out with Kelly during his surgery and we talked the whole time...it is always good to chat with her. It was actually nice because we didn't have any kids running around and screaming or demanding our attention. Brett is doing well and is hoping to start the rehab process as soon as possible.
