Beauty and the Beast

Katrina and I had a special day together last Saturday while Leo and Leyna had a pretty nice time, too. Leo had his first game for the season as a coach for the 12-14 year old boys. Their team is the Trailblazers this year and he was lucky enough to be able to bring Leyna with him. :) I guess she stood between his legs for the whole first half and was super cute. One mom told me that she wished she had her camera because it was neat to see Leo, so big and with dark hair, with this little blondie following him around. While they were at the game and then during Leyna's nap, Katrina and I went to see "Beauty and the Beast". It was a play/musical and it was amazing. The set was great and the characters (all 9-18 years old) were phenomenal. Shaylie Robert was in it and had roles as a fork and a woman with a child in the town scenes. She did great!

Katrina really wanted to dress up like Belle, so we borrowed a dress from someone and got her hair all fancied up. It was a really sweet day with her that I know she will remember for a long time. My favorite part was that she kept hugging and kissing me during the show...very sweet!
