Ok, so it seems like Halloween AKA Harvest time is now way over-celebrated, at least in our household. I think I just realized that this year since we went to the harvest fair, pumpkin patch two times (once on a field trip and once with our fellowship group), had a harvest party at school and dressed up in a western theme, a costume party with our fellowship group, a fall fun fest at our friend's church, noah's ark night at AWANA, and trick-or-treating with the cousins. Phew! It was a lot of fun, don't get me wrong, but it was a lot of harvest celebrating. :) I will add some pictures from each of the dress up nights so you can see all of the different costumes we put together.
Leyna was supposed to be a dog for this party, but of course she wanted to look like Katrina.

I was animal control and these were my crazy animals...since they both ended up being cats I should have been the crazy cat lady.

Our good friends Mike and Christina DeJong came for a visit and enjoyed the Fall Fun Fest with us. Leyna ended up being a cheerleader for this (she was supposed to be Mickey Mouse but freaked out at the last minute...oh two year olds!) Lauren was Raggedy Anne and Katrina was Minnie Mouse.

Yee haw! All ready for the school Harvest Party.

Noah's Ark Night...Katrina needed to bring one more guest to finish her Skipper book for the second time and her cousin Dason was more than happy to go with her.

Leyna wanted to be a bee for Noah's Ark night even though she isn't old enough for AWANA yet. Do you think we have too many dress up clothes?

Ah, here is Mickey for Trick-or-treating

Caden/Spiderman, Dason/Batman, Katrina/Unicorn?

Trick-or-Treat (I ate way too much candy...where has my willpower gone?)

Kylin/Ladybug...too cute!
